Staff, service users, carers and family members helped to celebrate National Older People's Day on 1 October.
The Maple wards at CPFT's Cavell Centre, Peterborough, hosted a special tea party where staff, patients, carers and relatives were able to sample cakes baked by patients and take part in some dancing.
This is the first time the wards have held this event and all those who were there had a lovely afternoon.
Pictured right, enjoying a cup of tea, are Pauline Frusher with her husband, Neville, who is patient on Maple 1.
National Older People's Day celebrates the achievements and contributions that older people make to our society and tackle negative attitudes and outdated stereotypes.
